My Fave Digital Organization Resource for Artists
How do you currently keep track of your art inventory? Including any print products you may have. Do you use a spiral notebook, google doc, or spreadsheet? Thats great if that works for you, but using Artwork Archive’s platform has totally changed the game for me.
Artworkarchive.com is a great resource for artists to get extremely organized. Artwork archive can help you understand:

Artwork Archive also allows organization and clean presentation of information quickly when show opportunities arise and you need to get an email out as soon as possible.
Another really awesome thing is that you can integrate your Artwork Archive portfolio with your Squarespace website so you only have to enter the information once on Artwork Archive, click the “make public” option so that you’re sure it lands on your Squarespace portfolio, and you’re done. (This does not allow you to sell the work as a product listing, but you can do that separately on your website. I can help you out with this if you need a hand.)
Viewers would be able to click a button to inquire about a certain piece in your portfolio. I like to have a section that shows my complete portfolio spanning several years- this includes all sold work that is still relevant to my current work, and then my store is completely different with mostly just my recent work that’s available for sale out of my studio.
